Hurricane Katrina was one of the worst natural disasters in America's history. Today, five years since the tragedy, less than half of the city's population has returned home to rebuild. In this episode of Build It Bigger, we visit New Orleans once again to focus on two radically different but equally essential ways to save the city: A massive surge barrier, the largest and strongest wall ever built, designed to hold back the next Katrina; and, at a much smaller scale, an unprecedented community development project, led by Brat Pitt, working to "Make It Right" by building 150 exceptionally sustainable and storm-resistant homes in one of the city's hardest hit areas.
