David Chang, NYC restaurateur, James Beard Award winner, has opened like 4 ridiculously successful spots in New York City and his meteoric rise to fame has been more than well documented (he′s been a judge on Top Chef for God′s sake). So I′m just going to make this one simple: Go to the Momofuku Noodle Bar, sit down, order the pork buns, and then eat them. I have nothing more to add.
